Doug’s Wild Alaska Salmon is back online again and up for order, so here’s some suggestions that make use of this sensational seafood!

- Bake them as a quick & easy weeknight dinner with Pecan Crusted Salmon
- Brew up a cozy Salmon Chowder with potatoes, cream, and herbs
- Or enjoy the salmon sweet and tangy, by making a satsuma juice & honey glaze!

Yep, it’s officially the holiday season! I’ve seen all the lights on the houses on my street so I know it’s that time LOL! I had better get busy – I’m behind on that! I know this weather now certainly makes it feel like winter is here…
This week I have added the Thanksgiving options for those of you that may be traveling and want to bring some things with you. This week will operate the same as usual – order today through Wednesday and pick up Saturday at the stand.
Next week we will have a change in schedule. Ordering will open Saturday and close Sunday night for pick up on Wednesday from our front porch. The only items listed will be the ones that start with “Holiday – Item Name.” The farmstand will only be open if the weather stays well above freezing. Look for the usual email reminder that the market is open.
If you have any specific requests, just let me know well ahead of time and I will try to accommodate you.
Have a great week and stay warm!!! I plan on making one of the Hot Toddy’s from our market – try them!
