Ingredients
4 medium sized Tomatoes (chopped)
4 large Cucumbers (peeled & chopped)
1 large Bell pepper (preferably green) (chopped)
6 small Radishes (chopped)
3 small Green onions/scallions (chopped)
1 small bunch Arugula (chopped)
1 medium-sized Head of lettuce
1 bunch Fresh mint (for garnish)
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Ground sumac
1 tablespoon Dried mint
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
Toasted bread (torn into small pieces)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. After chopping up all of the vegetables, put them all into a large bowl.
  2. Mix the salt, sumac, dried mint, lemon juice, and olive oil together.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables, then gently toss them to ensure they are well coated. Add the toasted bread pieces, toss again, then garnish the salad with fresh mint leaves.
