Gochu doenjang muchim (green chili peppers seasoned with doenjang)

Ingredients
6-8 Green chili peppers
1 1/2 tablespoons Doenjang (Korean feremented soybean paste)
1/2 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean red chili pepper paste)
1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
2 or 3 teaspoons Maesilcheong (Korean plum syrup)
2 teaspoons Sesame oil
2 teaspoons Crushed sesame seeds

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash the peppers and trim off the ends. Cut the peppers into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Mix the doenjang, gochujang, garlic, maesilcheong, sesame oil and sesame seeds together well in a bowl.
  3. Toss the pepper pieces in the mixture with a spoon or your hands until they are well coated. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, stir to coat again, then serve.
