Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
1/2 of an Onion (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 1/2 cups Beef broth
14.5 ounces Diced tomatoes (original recipe uses canned)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Dried dill
1 teaspoon Mustard powder
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
4 ounces Cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Heavy cream
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS:
Pickles
Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced tomatoes
6 slices Cooked bacon (crumbled)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic into a large pot and brown the beef over medium heat, breaking it up while cooking. Drain the grease from the pot.
  2. Add the beef broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dill, mustard powder, and seasoned salt to the pot. Stir together, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the cream cheese, grated cheddar, and heavy cream to the pot and whisk until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Serve with desired toppings.
