Step by Step Instructions
- Mix the harissa spice & brown sugar together in a small bowl, then rub the mixture over the halibut pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes on one side, flip, and 4 to 6 minutes on the other.
- Mix the yogurt, lemon juice & zest, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Place the sauce on the bottom bun (and the top bun if desired), add the halibut, top as desired, then add the top bun.
