Grapefruit, Walnut, and Feta Salad

Ingredients
1 Grapefruit
OR orange
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
dash Salt & pepper
4 cups Lettuce (torn)
4 tablespoons Feta cheese (crumbled)
4 tablespoons Walnuts
OR pecans

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Peel and section the grapefruit. Squeeze the juice out of the membranes into a small bowl. Discard the membranes (but not the fruit!)
  2. Combine the juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and whisk them together.
  3. Divide the lettuce onto four plates and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of feta and nuts on each salad. Divide the grapefruit among the salads, then add the juice mixture vinaigrette.
